API-KEY

To get started, any user or client has to acquire an “APIKEY” before using iQ Connect API. This key acts as an authentication key for every request received by iQ Connect API. Client/User has to pass this key in the request header for each request to the API. We recommend not sharing this credential for security reasons.

Valid User

Any user/client would be considered valid only if client is active in Crawford system. In case inactive client tries to access the api, "Bad Request" response would be reverted back to user.

Notification

User should also setup an API to receive assignment notification on any changes made to the assignment. In case there are no API setup available for notification then user are expected to invoke status API endpoint to check/get current status of assignment on as per need basis
